The materials for the external gears of the gearboxes include 17CrNiMo6, 15CrNi6, 20CrNi2MoA, 17Cr2Ni2MoA, etc., and the final heat treatment method usually used is carburizing and quenching; the materials for the internal gears are 42CrMoA, 34Cr2Ni2MoA, etc., and usually nitriding or high-frequency processes are used.

  The materials for the external gears of the gearbox include 17CrNiMo6, 15CrNi6, 20CrNi2MoA, 17Cr2Ni2MoA, etc., and the final heat treatment method usually used is carburizing and quenching; the materials for the internal gears are 42CrMoA, 34Cr2Ni2MoA, etc., and usually nitriding or high-frequency quenching is used.

  Tianlong Company owns multiple technical patents, solving the problems currently existing in carburizing and quenching, nitriding processes, and heat treatment equipment, making great progress in energy saving, efficiency, environmental protection, safety, and reliability. Large-scale controllable atmosphere pit-type carburizing furnace production lines, controllable atmosphere multi-purpose furnace production lines, and controllable atmosphere nitriding furnace production lines have been included in the first batch of energy-saving and emission-reduction key promotion products recommended by the China Heat Treatment Industry Association.

  In response to the technical requirements of wind turbine gear heat treatment, we have provided large-scale controllable atmosphere pit-type carburizing furnace production lines, large-scale controllable box-type carburizing furnace production lines, controllable atmosphere hood-type nitriding furnaces, and controllable atmosphere box-type nitriding furnace production lines to Nanshan Gear, Zhenhua Heavy Industries, Hangzhou Qianjin Gearbox Group Co., Ltd., Dongfang Turbine Co., Ltd., Ningbo Dongli Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd., and other companies. From the operation of the on-site equipment, the temperature and atmosphere control are stable and accurate, and the equipment operation is reliable. Key components are all from foreign companies to ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity of the controllable atmosphere carburizing equipment is controlled within ±5℃, and the carbon potential uniformity is controlled within 0.02%; the furnace temperature uniformity of the controllable atmosphere nitriding equipment is controlled within ±3℃, and the nitrogen potential stability is controlled within KN±0.02; the surface hardness, hardened layer, and microstructure of the treated wind turbine gears meet the technical requirements of the product design.

  As of the first half of 2009, the company's total output value increased by 40% year-on-year. While the global economic situation was generally sluggish, Tianlong Company bucked the trend and its development prospects are bright. In April 2009, the industry standard "Technical Conditions for Large-Scale Controllable Atmosphere Pit-Type Carburizing Furnace Production Lines", drafted by Tianlong Company, passed the review of the National Heat Treatment Standardization Technical Committee. In August 2009, two products, the large-scale controllable atmosphere pit-type carburizing furnace and the controllable atmosphere hood-type nitriding furnace, were identified as Jiangsu Province high-tech products. The newly built Phase II factory building of nearly 7000m2 is about to be completed and put into use, laying a good foundation for the company's future development.
