RM series controlled atmosphere sealed box-type multi-purpose furnace is a high-quality heat treatment equipment developed using new materials and new processes. This set of equipment is energy-efficient, environmentally friendly, safe, reliable, and easy to maintain.
Application Scope
Used for heat treatment processes of mechanical parts such as carburizing, carbonitriding, bright quenching, and isothermal quenching, enabling mechanical parts to be cooled in various quenching media on the same production line.
Basic Composition
Composed of controlled atmosphere multi-purpose furnace, washing machine, tempering furnace, mobile cart, material preparation table, and control system.

Multi-purpose Furnace Equipment Features
Adopts new anti-permeation fiber refractory lining, avoiding cracking and shedding of brick linings, achieving energy saving efficiency of heat treatment production >20%, and reducing equipment installed power by 15%.
Adopts a muffle-less circular furnace chamber and an improved airflow circulation system, enhancing furnace temperature and atmosphere uniformity within the effective working zone.
Electric heating radiant tubes are powered by low voltage equipotential supply, ensuring long radiant tube life and safe heating electricity.
Fully enclosed front door during equipment operation, internal driven push-pull material feeding, precise action, safe and reliable.
Frequency conversion stirring system configured on both sides of the quenching tank, and heat pipe air-cooled heat exchanger is used for quenching cooling, ensuring safety and reliability.
Mechanical transmission uses a geared motor, and the internal push-pull chain is controlled by a digital encoder, ensuring accurate and reliable action and positioning.
Comprehensive safety and alarm system.
The touch-screen HMI (human-machine interface) has three modes: automatic, manual, and adjustment, capable of executing process editing, equipment operation, running status monitoring, alarming, and other functions.
Carbon potential, temperature, and action programs can be controlled by computer networking, and can be recorded, stored, analyzed, etc. Using a computer expert system, offline simulation and online dynamic control can be achieved.
Enables fully automatic coordinated control and group control of all equipment on the production line.
Washing Machine Equipment Features Single chamber double tank, dual liquid separation cleaning.
Rotary spray, bubble-enhanced cleaning, high cleaning efficiency.
Independent oil-water separator.
Tempering Furnace Equipment Features Electric heating radiant tubes provide uniform heating and long service life.
Circular furnace chamber, rear-mounted centrifugal fan, flow guide muffle, full fiber furnace lining, good furnace temperature uniformity, high efficiency and energy saving.
Equipped with a digital PID temperature controller for high control accuracy.
High-temperature tempering furnace adopts a fully sealed structure and can be protected by nitrogen gas for oxidation-free heating.
