●Two sets of the frequency conversion oil propellers are set on both sides of the quenching tank. The oil in the quenching tank is cooled by wind instead of water in the heat exchanger, which is safe and reliable.

●The key mechanical drive using speed reducing motor are accurate and reliable in movement.The precise moving stroke of the inner driving device is controlled by the digital coder.

●Completed safety and alarming system.

●There are three operation modes (auto, manual, adjust modes )in Chinese/English man-machine conversation touching operation system. You can set technical dates and operate equipment as well as observe alarms^>n the touching screen. Every operating date is recorded by CF card of the touching screen.

●The carbon potential and temperature as well as action program are controlled by the computer with recording N storing and analyzing functions. Off-line computer simulation and on-line control in dynamic state can be accomplished with the expert system.

●All of the installations can be controlled automatically by integrated control and group control.
