·With wave-shaped muffle, air tube as well as convection air circulating fan system the heat exchange capacity and the uniformity of furnace temperature and furnace atmosphere have been greatly improved.

·Using the master, joint control plus control of furnace temperature control system to ensure that the furnace temperature uniformity ±3℃.

·Using hydrogen probe, integrated variable integration process controllers, mass flow controllers to achieve closed-loop precision nitriding process control.

●Using the Integration variable program controller, set the furnace temperature control, nitrogen potential control, electrical and mechanical movements, interlocks, alarms as a whole to ensure high reliability of equipment operation.

●The temperature nitriding process through, Kn, Kc, Ko and other parameters for accurate control in order to achieve the form of nitrides and organizations achieve dynamic control.

●Using the host computer system, the process programming, process control of running the operation, process status, process running records, police records and other information systems management.
