RQD series large-scale controlled atmosphere pit-type carburizing furnace production lines have reached world advanced levels, integrating multiple patented technologies. Features of Pit-Type Carburizing Furnace · Adopting patented technologies such as full corrugated muffle, air guide cylinder, air guide upper cover, and open-type anti-seepage furnace cover insulation package, solving problems like thermal stress deformation and cracking of internal structural components at high temperatures.
· Using full fiber furnace lining improves the thermal efficiency of the equipment.
· Adopting a master control, linked control, and monitoring furnace temperature control system ensures the accuracy of carburizing temperature control.
· Adopting two parallel carbon potential control systems and a multi-element carbon potential control method, using analog PID regulation to control carbon potential, carburizing process simulation design, and online dynamic control expert system to achieve precise carbon potential control and dynamic control of the carburizing process.
· Adopting an imported integrated variable program controller, which combines temperature control, carbon potential control, electromechanical action control, and safety interlock. It features fault alarm recording and self-diagnosis functions, ensuring high reliability of equipment operation.
· The upper computer system can program various process procedures, simulate carburizing process designs, dynamically control process operations, review and print stored process programs (measurement data, alarm information, historical process data), and control and issue commands to the integrated variable program controller.

Main Advantages of Pit-Type Quenching Tank
● Multiple frequency conversion speed-regulating agitators, guide pipes, and guide cylinders form a stepless speed-regulating high-efficiency quenching medium stirring system. Coupled with the uniform distribution and lateral pushing effect of the cold medium after circulating heat exchange, it improves the uniformity of the medium temperature and reduces workpiece quenching deformation.
● Equipped with a high-power circulating cooling heat exchange device and quenching medium temperature control system, ensuring heat exchange during the quenching process.
● The quenching medium circulation pump adopts a "one in use, one in standby" configuration with automatic switching control, effectively ensuring the safe and reliable operation of the quenching process.
● The cooling heat exchange circulation of the quenching medium can be configured with two sets of circulation systems, internal and external. The internal and external circulations operate automatically according to the quenching medium temperature and operating instructions.
● Multiple choices of quenching media: oil, water, water-based, salt bath, etc.

Structural Features of Pit-Type Washing Machine
● Adopting a patented high-efficiency and energy-saving single-chamber washing machine, integrating hot alkaline water washing, hot clear water washing, drying, and oil-water separation. The workpiece cleaning and process achieve mechanized fully automatic control.
● The heating power for the hot cleaning fluid is only 25 ~ 30% of that required by ordinary washing machines.
● Equipment operation is automated using human-machine interface and PLC.
● Small equipment volume, less floor space.

Structural Features of Pit-Type Tempering Furnace ● Using lightweight insulation materials for furnace lining achieves energy saving and high efficiency.
● Adopting unique suspended full corrugated air guide cylinder, spherical dished end-shaped air guide upper cover, and strong airflow circulation fan, which reduces deformation of internal furnace components, extends service life, and improves furnace temperature uniformity.
● Adopting a furnace temperature control system with master, linked, and monitoring SCR PID regulation, improving the accuracy and reliability of temperature control.
