The controlled atmosphere (single/multi-row) pusher type heat treatment production line is a heat treatment equipment launched to meet the needs of professional customers with large-volume product production and high technical requirements. This set of equipment is highly energy-efficient, safe and reliable, easy to maintain, has low comprehensive costs, and is widely applicable.
Application Scope
Used for heat treatments such as carburizing, carbonitriding, quenching and tempering, normalizing, and annealing of mechanical parts.
Basic Composition
The entire production line consists of loading and unloading platforms, preheating (pre-oxidation) furnace, heating (carburizing) furnace, quenching tank, washing machine, tempering furnace, air cooling table, etc.

Features of Heating (Carburizing) Furnace Equipment ■ Adopts ceramic fiber furnace lining, highly energy-efficient.
■ Electric heating radiant tubes use low voltage equipotential power supply, resulting in long radiant tube life and safe heating power consumption.
■ All transmissions adopt motor drive with manual override, ensuring accurate movements and safe and reliable operation.
■ The furnace trays are equipped with direct detection sensors to ensure accurate tracking of the trays. At the same time, the working status of the trays inside the furnace can be understood through the tray tracking system.
■ Comprehensive safety and alarm systems ensure safe and reliable operation of the equipment.
■ The human-machine interface has three modes: automatic, manual, and adjustment, capable of performing process editing, equipment operation, operation status monitoring, tray tracking, operation records, alarm, and recording functions.
■ Carbon potential, temperature, and action programs are controlled by a networked host computer, which can also record production status and store process and quality analysis.
