Basic Composition
The roller hearth continuous heat treatment production line consists of a loading table, pre-cleaning, heating furnace, quenching tank, isothermal tank (or tempering furnace), air cooling tank, post-cleaning machine, unloading table, etc.

Equipment Features
1. Adopts ceramic fiber furnace lining, highly efficient and energy-saving.
2. Workpiece transfer between various processes in the production line can be achieved in multiple ways.
3. Protective atmosphere can use nitrogen, nitrogen + methanol, nitrogen + methanol + enriching gas to meet the requirements of non-oxidation, non-decarburization, and bright heat treatment.
4. The main drive adopts variable frequency synchronous control, and workpiece positioning uses grating to achieve real-time tracking of workpieces.
5. Operation uses PLC program controller and human-machine interface operating system.
6. Can be configured with a host computer system to achieve remote, central control and management of the equipment.
