Controlled Atmosphere Nitriding Equipment
The controlled atmosphere nitriding equipment is an advanced product launched by our company, with structural forms including pit type, bell type, box type, continuous type, and other furnace types. Automatic process control is achieved through the use of an oxygen probe, integrated programmable controller, mass flowmeter, and nitriding control expert system software. The complete set of equipment is highly energy-efficient, safe, and reliable, capable of meeting various different process requirements.
Application Scope
Used for various heat treatment processes of mechanical parts such as nitriding, nitrocarburizing, pre-oxidation, post-oxidation, and oxynitriding.

Furnace temperature uniformity: ±3℃
Carbon potential control accuracy: ±0.02Kn
Carbon potential stability: ±0.05Kn
Features of Controlled Atmosphere Nitriding Equipment ·Adopts full fiber furnace lining, energy-saving and high-efficiency.
·Adopts special convection circulation system such as full corrugated muffle and flow guide tube, strong convection circulation fan, which improves the heat exchange capacity inside the furnace and the uniformity of furnace temperature and atmosphere.
·Adopts a furnace temperature control system with master control, linked control, and monitoring to ensure furnace temperature uniformity of ±3℃.
·Utilizes hydrogen probe, integrated programmable controller, and mass flow controller to achieve precise closed-loop control of the nitriding process.
●Adopts an integrated programmable controller, which integrates furnace temperature control, nitrogen potential control, electromechanical actions, interlocks, and alarms, ensuring high reliability of equipment operation. ●The nitriding process accurately controls parameters such as temperature, Kn, Kc, and Ko to achieve dynamic control over the morphology and structure of nitrides.
●Adopts a host computer system for process program compilation, process operation control, process status display, process operation recording, alarm information recording, and other system management.
