Controllable Atmosphere Nitriding Equipment
Controllable atmosphere nitriding equipment is an advanced product launched by our company, available in well type, bell type, box type, continuous type, and other furnace models. Automatic process control is achieved by using argon probes, integrated programmable controllers, mass flow meters, nitriding control expert system software, etc. The complete set of equipment is highly energy-efficient, safe, reliable, and can meet various process requirements.
Application Scope
Used for various heat treatment processes of mechanical parts such as nitriding, nitrocarburizing, pre-oxidation, post-oxidation, and oxynitriding.

Furnace temperature uniformity: ±3℃
Carbon potential control accuracy: ±0.02Kn
Carbon potential stability: ±0.05Kn
Features of Controllable Atmosphere Nitriding Equipment · Adopts full fiber furnace lining, energy-saving and efficient.
· Adopts a special convection circulation system including full corrugated muffle, guide cylinder, and strong convection circulating fan, which improves the heat exchange capacity inside the furnace and the uniformity of furnace temperature and atmosphere.
· Adopts a furnace temperature control system with master control, joint control, and monitoring to ensure furnace temperature uniformity of ±3℃.
· Achieves closed-loop precision control of the nitriding process using hydrogen probes, integrated programmable controllers, and mass flow controllers.
● Adopts an integrated programmable controller that integrates furnace temperature control, nitrogen potential control, electromechanical actions, interlocks, and alarms, ensuring high reliability of equipment operation. ● The nitriding process achieves dynamic control over the morphology and structure of nitrides by precisely controlling parameters such as temperature, Kn, Kc, and Ko.
● Adopts an upper computer system for process program compilation, process operation control, process status display, process operation recording, alarm information recording, and other system management.
The RMN controllable atmosphere box nitriding furnace production line is a heat treatment equipment jointly developed by Tianlong Company (TLON) and NITREX. The production line consists of a box nitriding furnace, vacuum ultrasonic cleaning machine, pre-oxidation furnace, mobile loading/unloading cart, air-cooling table, and material preparation table, among other equipment.
